Firstly you will need to contact me to arrange a free 'Meet and Greet'. When we have had a meeting and I have met your dog, I will then be able to set up your account through the online platform that I use. You can download the app for ease of use. Here you will be able to amend your details, amend your dogs details, book walks, message us and receive your invoices.
No. Most clients will share a set of keys to enable me to collect and drop off your dog even when you are not home.
I am fully insured with Protectivity. Feel free to ask if you would like to see a copy of my insurance certificate.
I do not offer home boarding.

Please contact me 72 hours in advance for no charges to apply. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged 50% of the walk. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount of the walk.
This is unlikely, but if an emergency did occur I would contact you, the owner first. If you were not contactable I would then contact your emergency contact. If no one is contactable, depending on the circumstances, I would contact the vet and/or take your dog to the vet for veterinary assistance.
All dogs are transported in my 'Sarah The Dog Carer' van. It's fitted out with secure, lockable crates. They are fitted with rubber flooring with water bowls inside and noodle mats for comfort. I have dog leads, spare harnesses, collars, coats and soft dog robes if your dog needs to dry off.
